GETTING STARTED
You can use either Agar Agar powder or vegan jello mix from a box! My recipe for Strawberry Margarita Jello Shots shows you how to do both!
Mix It All Together
Once you add the hot water, go ahead and add the liquor and additional sugar. Whisk to combine until the mixture thickens
Pour Into Jello Shot Mold
Pour into the mold and let the vegan jello set in the fridge for up to an hour.
Garnish The Jello Shots
To garnish, wet the rim with lime juice and dip in coarse salt. Cut a lime and add it to each jello shot.
